Lily and her Dad swimming at the hotel this past weekend. In the frenzy of packing everything for a weekend away I forgot to pack my own bathing suit. Which is fine since me and my chubby legs are happy sitting on the sidelines taking photos.

This is probably one of our first family photos ever. I don’t think we have too many, usually it’s just me going nuts with the camera featuring Dustin and Lily. This was taken at Dustin’s brothers wedding last weekend. It was beautiful, and Lily was such a good girl that weekend. She even slept. IN A HOTEL ROOM. Where there are no white noise machines or walls separating us. Or black out curtains. But she did pretty well, and I think this bodes well for the future and calls for more Leaving The City For A Few Days trips. Also in this photo, I’m wearing a dress for the first time since elementary school. I hate dresses but this one was comfy and reminded me of a silky fancy housecoat/robe thing. Pretty sure Dustin has had a few dozen Boh’s by this point…
